Hi! I have over 2 years of experience providing one-on-one companion care for seniors, including individuals with dementia and Alzheimer's. I've worked with women in their 70s, 80s, and 90s, supporting daily routines to help them feel safe, comfortable, and respected. My experience includes doctor's appointments, meal prep, outings, medication reminders, and maintaining consistent routines. I'm calm, patient, and attentive, and I understand the importance of consistency and gentle communication, especially with memory-related conditions. I focus on creating a steady, supportive environment. I've also assisted with transitioning into assisted living and am comfortable in professional households, valuing discretion and clear communication. I grew up in Colorado and have extended family here in Hawaii. Outside of work, I enjoy staying active, getting outside, and spending time with my dog, Nani.
