About Paige

As a GWEP-certified nursing student in my final year, I've had the privilege of gaining hands-on experience in a variety of senior care settings, including memory care, long-term care, and home health. One of my most meaningful experiences was caring for a patient in the early stages of dementia. I was responsible for managing her medications, taking her on daily walks, assisting with household tasks, and providing emotional support. This experience not only strengthened my clinical skills but also deepened my understanding of compassion, person-centered care for older adults. My certification through the GWEP has further equipped me to advocate for and support the unique needs of the aging population.
