Paige came to meet our daughter and was aligned with the expectations, starting date, etc. As we got closer to the day, we reached out a few times to confirm everything still works for her — no response to any calls or messages. It’s really disappointing because she seemed like a good fit. It should be common courtesy to at least reach out to share that this is no longer an option.
