I've helped with daily routines such as meal preparation, light housekeeping, hygiene assistance, medication reminders, and most importantly--providing emotional support and companionship. Through this hands-on experience, I've developed strong caregiving skills and a deep understanding of what it takes to keep seniors safe, comfortable, and cared for.
