As for professional experience, my resume spans from 2019 to the present. With a broad range of experience from nurturing infants to guiding teenagers, I bring a wealth of practical skills to the table. My CPR and First Aid certification ensures that safety is always a top priority. Over the years, I've successfully navigated milestones like potty training and supporting babies in reaching developmental milestones, while also introducing sign language as an early communication tool. My background includes crafting personalized behavioral plans for children with ADHD, teaching mediation and conflict resolution to toddlers, and collaborating with teachers and parents to enhance reading skills.
