About Paige

I have experience providing compassionate care and support to individuals across a variety of service settings, including elderly care, child care, independent living services, and day programs. My work has involved assisting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities as well as those experiencing mental health disorders. I have supported clients with daily living skills, social development, and community engagement while maintaining a safe and respectful environment. I am also experienced in responding to behavioral crises using calm, supportive, and person-centered approaches. Currently, I work at North Davis Elementary School in the Special Education Department as a paraeducator, where I assist students with diverse learning and behavioral needs, support individualized education plans (IEPs), and collaborate with teachers and staff to promote a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.
