About Paige

As the oldest of three siblings, I have always loved taking care of children. I have a 4 and 12 year gap between my brothers so for as long as I can remember I was helping with diapers, bottles, and meals! My youngest sibling has Autism so I am knowledgeable in coping skills, de-escalation, and sensory needs. As a teen I had several long term babysitting jobs for family and acquaintances. Present day I am expecting my first child in January and am hoping to find a family I can still babysit or nanny for after my baby is born as long as I could bring them with me. I have two large dogs at home so I am comfortable around pets and am willing to do housework as well. When it comes to the actual childcare aspect I love creating environments where kids can be themselves and learn through play. I believe in lots of hands on crafts, experiments, playing and more to keep kiddos busy in a healthy way. I have lots of experience assisting kids who are learning new skills through therapy (OT, PT)
