About Paige

Paige has a talent when it comes to caregiving. Many of the residents she takes care of, love her and are always happy to see her. She is polite, always addresses them by name and let's them know what she is doing when helping them. She takes time to know them to be able to best care for them and help them with their needs. One of the residents loved to color and she knew this, Paige would often go and color with this person while talking to her. This resident would always ask for her and say she was her friend. She has an inner happiness that is contagious. We have a resident that has made their own greeting based on Paige happines. She says to me where is Paige? as she does a dance moved thinking of Paige. The other day a resident said, I know when is Paige coming to help me ,because she always says, hi or goodmorning Mr. .... I can see at work by the way residents react and feel around Paige that they just love her.
