Paige was our nanny for a year, starting when our daughter was 4. We were first-time parents and she taught us so much in addition to caring deeply for our baby. She was an incredible sleep coach in particular, and really taught us how to extend our baby's naps, create the right environment, and to stay strong despite the crying. She coached us through many first-timers' questions about food, helped us organize her room (which was HUGE) and most of all protected and loved our child. She was wonderful.
