My patient and calm nature, coupled with my creativity and friendly approach, allows me to connect with children and create a safe and nurturing environment for them to grow and learn. I believe in open and honest communication with parents. I'm happy to adopt the parent's preferred communication method, whether it's through daily notes, text updates, or regular phone calls. I understand the importance of keeping parents informed about their child's day and any issues that may arise. When it comes to enforcing household rules, I believe in a balanced approach. I gently remind children of the rules and encourage them to follow them, while also being understanding and patient.
