About Paetra

I am a compassionate and dependable caregiver with hands-on experience supporting family members, including eight years caring for my grandmother (who lived to be 102!) and assisting my aunt through her journey with MS. These experiences shaped my deep respect for seniors, and my commitment to helping them maintain independence, dignity, and quality of life in their own homes. I genuinely enjoy building meaningful connections, offering companionship, and supporting day-to-day needs. I am happy to assist with light housekeeping, laundry, meal preparation, running errands, and transportation to appointments or activities. I also love animals and I'm comfortable helping take care of pets in the home. After an extensive career that involved traveling around the world, I now value being rooted at home in Arizona with my family and dedicating my time to helping others live as actively and comfortably as possible.
