Paddy helped my 81 year old father for two months before he had to move into an elder care facility this year. Paddy is an angel! I am so blessed that we found her to care for my grandmother. She treated her like she was part of the family. I can not say enough kind words about her, she would send me pictures and texts everyday about how my grandma was doing. She never called out or was late, always early and you can really count on her. I am a physician who worked with Padmini.  She cared for one of my patients.  This particular patient had a lot of complicated medical issues.  Padmini provided superior care and was completely on top of the patients medical, social, and home care issues.  She is highly professional and organized. Paddy cared for my 90 year old mother from May 2016 through my mom's death March 2017.  She managed my mother's medications, prepared her meals, helped my mother bathe and dress, chauffeured her to medical appointments, social events, and errands, and kept my mother's home neat and clean.  She consulted with my mother's medical team and then updated my sister and me regularly on my mother's condition.
Paddy is cheerful and kind and approaches her work with a positive attitude.  She always treated my mother with dignity.  She very quickly felt like family.

The English language does not have enough adjectives for me to express the comfort and relief we got when Paddy joined my mother's household.  Initially hired to help a 90 year old woman who was ambulatory and independent in self-care but becoming confused and forgetful in medication administration and no longer able to drive, Paddy never once complained when the situation changed and my mother needed more direct care.  She was so competent and thorough that I put her on the phone with the doctors and one remarked, "Whatever you are paying her, it's not enough."
Paddy was warm and loving and never once condescending or infantilising as so many people are to the elderly.  She saved my mother's life on at least one occasion when my sister or I would have figured she was dozing off and Paddy recognized she was in distress.
