Empowering young learners to reach their full potential is the core of my teaching practice. With three years of experience supporting elementary students in Math and English, I prioritize building confidence over rote memorization. I create a patient, engaging environment by actively observing how each child interacts with new material and adapting my methods-whether through visual aids, hands-on activities, or interactive discussions-to suit their unique style. When concepts feel challenging, I break them into manageable steps and celebrate every small success to maintain momentum. I believe open communication with families is essential to building the trust necessary for academic growth. Witnessing that "aha!" moment when a student finally masters a difficult skill is the most rewarding part of my work.
