I'm Owyn, and I am a graduate student enrolled in a dual Masters of Library and Information Sciences and Masters of Children's Literature at Simmons University. I just graduated from Connecticut College '25 with Honors in English. I was a tutor at the college's writing center, and I assisted with IEP students at New London High School for the 23-24 school year. Though I' moving in the fall, I would love to be of service as a tutor in all elementary and middle school subjects, as well as any form of more advanced writing or humanities project. I am also happy to help with the college essay process, summer reading, and misc. childcare if necessary. My teaching philosophy: I believe people are not defined by their failures, its what they choose to do next that makes a person who they are.
