About Otilia

I am a warm, patient, and dependable. I have extensive experience caring and teaching primary school-aged children. I have worked in a Waldorf based school as well as responsive classroom public school. I have experience working in special ed. I enjoy using Montessori-inspired activities to support independence, creativity, and a love of learning. I also have one-on-one experience working with children with high and special needs, and I always take time to understand each child's unique personality and needs. I love to create a safe, fun, and supportive environment where children feel comfortable, happy, and encouraged to be themselves.
