My background includes some college coursework and extensive hands-on experience providing respite care, personal care, light housekeeping, meal preparation, dementia care, medical management, and mobility assistance. I am patient, calm, compassionate, empathetic, professional, and detail-oriented. I adapt to changing routines, de-escalate stressful situations, and handle confusion. Earning your trust is my priority. I communicate with families using written daily reports or their preferred method.
