About Ossian

Hi! My name is Ossian. I'd describe my personality as grounded, friendly, and loving. I like working with kids because they are the future! To be a part of nurturing a child with love is an honor to me. I'm looking for a job that is flexible and friendly. I started working with kids when I was 13, so about 6 years ago. I'm the oldest of two siblings so caring for younger kids has always been a part of my life. In my spare time, I like to be outside, enjoy music, spend time with family, cook, journal, and travel. One thing you should know about me is I am a second year student studying psychology at UCSC, and I have a cafe job so my availability during the weekdays can be limited. I do have my own car and am a reliable person. My skills include remaining patient, understanding, and attentive regardless of a child's emotions or behaviors. I take any preferred parenting styles into consideration.
