I'd describe my personality as loving, playful, and responsible. I like working with kids because they are always learning and noticing new things. L I'm looking for a job that allows me to create a loving bond with the children in my care. I started working with kids when I was in high school. I was a nanny for my neighbor's 2-year-old daughter. My most recent child care experience has been working in a school where I cared for first graders. In my spare time, I like to explore new places in nature, read, and spend time with my friends. One thing you should know about me is in my work in childcare, I have learned to adapt to the different needs of individual children, providing them with a nurturing caretaker and a safe authority figure. I strongly believe in fostering children's sense of freedom and exploration whenever possible while still providing them with wisdom and boundaries when needed. My skills include emotional soothing, conflict management, and playfulness.
