About Oniker

Hello ! My name is Onike, and I am currently a graduate student at New York University studying Communicative Sciences and Disorders. I recently graduated from the University of Maryland in May 2025 and have several years of experience working with children in classroom, after-school, summer camp, and research settings. Originally from Maryland, I recently moved to New York for graduate school. In my free time, I enjoy going for walks in the park, jogging, working out, and trying new activities and experiences. I love staying active and bringing that same energy and enthusiasm when working with children. I genuinely enjoy spending time with kids and helping them learn, grow, and have fun in a safe and supportive environment. Families often describe me as dependable, patient, and engaging. Additionally, I am proficient in Spanish, which allows me to communicate with and support bilingual families.
