For the past three years, I've been dedicated to providing compassionate care to adults and seniors, and I truly enjoy supporting their independence and well-being. My experience includes respite care, running errands, light housekeeping, meal preparation, and mobility assistance. I'm skilled at adapting to changing routines, de-escalating stressful situations, and handling confusion or agitation. I prioritize understanding each person's preferences and history to build a strong connection. I communicate with families through verbal updates, texts, or phone calls, always following their preferred method. I am patient, friendly, and have a car. I am also fluent in German and Spanish.
