I am patient, compassionate, professional, and detail-oriented. I understand the importance of learning about a care recipient's preferences and history. I have experience de-escalating stressful situations, handling confusion, and incorporating memory care activities. I provide regular updates via text or phone call, always following the family's preferred communication method. CPR and First Aid Training complete my skill set.
