Hi, my name is Damini and I'm a nurturing caregiver passionate about supporting families. I have a genuine love for working with children, so their safety and wellbeing are my priority. As a graduate student clinician who will soon earn speech-language pathology licensure, I work extensively with children ages 2-9 daily, developing their communication, confidence, and joy for learning and life. I'm comfortable working with kids with diverse care needs, including communication and behavioral differences. I have four years of babysitting and nannying experience, plus an additional year of experience in clinical and therapeutic pediatric settings. I'm calm, kind, attentive, and responsive, whether we're reading, playing, or settling down for dinner or bed. In addition to keeping your kids safe and secure, I love turning everyday moments into learning experiences through storytelling, interactive games, creative activities, and engaged conversations.
