Making a difference in someone's life is why I became a caregiver. For the past five years, I've been honored to support adults and seniors with compassion and empathy. I provide services such as personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, errands, and mobility assistance. I adapt to changing routines and handle confusion with patience. I'm skilled at de-escalating stressful situations and redirecting attention. I communicate with families through written reports and verbal updates, always following their preferred method. Creating a comfortable environment is important to me when building connections. I have some college education and hold current CPR and First Aid certifications.
