Olivia is the best caretaker we could ever imagine. Our daughter is 2.5 and has been in Olivia's care since she was 4 months old. Olivia is the closest relationship our daughter has outside of the one she has with us, and we couldn't be more grateful for such a wonderful person to help us raise her. Olivia adores our daughter like family. She also takes her development very seriously—she's always teaching her, nurturing her, pulling her forward into the next growth stage. In a respectful way, she helps us parent into the next growth stage too. My husband and I work at home on the days Olivia nannies for our daughter, and it's mostly laughter and singing we hear around the house. Olivia brings great structure, too—no one can get our daughter to sleep more reliably than her. As a person in our home, Olivia is a pleasant participant in surprise chaos, and in quiet moments, is a true friend. There aren't enough stars.
