I feel like I am leaving my kids with family. Olivia is dependable, punctual, and professional. My children ages ranging from 8 months to 15 years are very happy and enjoy her company. I was worried when I read her one review about reliability but I think sometimes people write things that are not all factual. I'm glad I ignored that review. Best nanny/sitter ever. Her first day our beloved dog of 13 years passed in her sleep. I was not near home I was 2 hours away. She managed to make sure all the kids coped with emotions and their needs where taken care of.
