I have 3+ years experience working with seniors in both facility and home based settings. Before COVID-19, I worked in a memory care unit at a nursing home for 6 months. I then served as a private home health nurse for 2. 5 years, caring for an older male patient who had Parkinson's and dementia. I am CPR & First Aid certified, and currently in nursing school. I am physically very strong and capable of handling transfers of patients 150+ pounds on a normal basis. I genuinely enjoy working with seniors and strive to make each day comfortable for them.

She took care of my Husband, Mike, for many years. She was particularly caring and they got along great, which made it a lot easier as he was in a lot of pain and confusion and not always in the best mood. She was very good and was even able to help him with an issue with his legs for products she knew about because her father had similar issues. She is incredibly kind and knowledgeable and took great care of my husband so that he could have a few extra years at home with us before eventually needing a nursing home. She even helped tidy the house and helped me with extra chores to take more off my plate. She was incredible and I miss her now that Mike is in a nursing home. Great home aide!
