Olivia is a fantastic nanny. She was with our family full time for just under 4 years, starting with us when our daughter was 22 months. She was also with us when we had our second son and started caring for him when my parental leave was complete (around 5 months). She has been great with the kids at all ages - infancy, toddlerhood, and now elementary school age. Overall, I cannot recommend her enough - she is incredibly responsible, a very safe driver, is so good with the kids, and loves planning fun activities and keeping them busy. She is very communicative with my husband and me. My kids absolutely adore her and I trust her completely. If our kids were not both starting school we would have absolutely loved to continue working with her full time.
