We hired Olivia several months ago to do house cleaning. I saw her profile here and contacted her. She responded quickly and, after calling some of the references she gave me, who all spoke highly of her, I hired her. We have not been disappointed. She has been great. She is totally reliable, always cheerful and pleasant and works steadily without taking breaks. She does a very good job cleaning (and we are extremely picky) and she responds positively if we identify anything she’s missed. She’s also very flexible and will adjust the way she cleans certain things or the cleaning products or tools she uses if we ask her to. I’m really happy we hired her. It’s worked out perfectly. We also recommend her to another neighbor and have heard good reports about Olivia from that neighbor as well.
