About Olivia

Hello, my name is Olivia and I am 25 years old. I have recently moved back to the USA after living in Madrid, Spain for nearly five years. While in Spain, I became fluent in the Spanish language and worked as an au-pair, private English teacher, and nanny with children between 2-12 years old. My most recent job was working with a family as an au pair/English speaking play-friend. I spent 3-4 hours every day after school with the brother and sister (2 and 4 years old when I started, 5 and 7 when I left), entering their world, expanding upon their interests, and playing with them, all while immersing them in and teaching them the English language. I also work as an online teacher, teaching English to children in China online. Currently, I am attaining my teaching certificate in order to work as a high school Spanish teacher. Overall, I have many years of experience working with children, teaching English a second language and now look forward to teaching Spanish.
