Olivia canceled an in-person interview, via text, with our family a half-an-hour before she was to be here. Her reason was not because of an emergency, but was in part due to her indecision about making a career change. Given my daughter is only 3 years old, and is a bit shy around new caregivers, we spent ample time preparing her for Olivia to come into our home. We showed our daughter pictures of her and talked about how she was a teacher and loved to read and would be reading to her. Our 3 year old daughter cried when Olivia did not show up for her interview. We are totally disappointed and would not suggest hiring her as she appears to be unreliable.
