Hi, I am a current pre-medical undergraduate student with 3 years of experience caring for seniors in volunteer and hospital settings. I am reliable and supportive, and aim to provide all care with respect and empathy. I can help with personal care, medication management, nutritional support, grooming, and personal care. I am also CPR and BLS certified. Additionally, I have 2 years of experience in personal training, and can provide basic physical therapy support. I'd describe my personality as outgoing, passionate, and driven. I like caring for seniors because I am driven to care for those in need and provide them with services that they may not be able to do by themselves. Seniors have so much wisdom to provide, and I love hearing life stories and lessons! In my spare time, I like to powerlift, read, journal, and listen to music!
