About Olivia

I'm an imaginative, level-headed, and resourceful college student with 4+ years of experience caring for children ages 0-11. I started working with kids when I was a sophomore in high school and I've spent the past two summers as a camp counselor and lifeguard/swim instructor. I love working with kids because every day is different. I take pride in turning an ordinary afternoon into a memorable experience by utilizing my camp background to lead screen-free activities, from arts and crafts to outdoor play. I grew up competitively swimming and has been something that I rediscovered my love for. I have two jobs on campus, one as a lifeguard at our school pool and the other is making our school stadium ready for all events being held there. Being in college I value the time that I spend with my friends no matter what we are doing. I think quality time doing things and being with people that make you happy is one of the most important things in life.
