I'd describe myself as caring, resourceful, and respectful. I genuinely enjoy working with children, and I find it incredibly fulfilling to support their growth and make a positive difference in their lives and the lives of their parents. I began working when I was 15 through various babysitting jobs. Since then, I have volunteered at STEM-focused summer camps for elementary-aged kids. I am also currently enrolled in a year-long child development course where I study physical, cognitive, emotional, and social aspects of child growth. As part of the course, I gain hands-on experience weekly at Berthiaume Family Daycare, where I work with infants and toddlers. In addition, I currently teach swim lessons at Aqua-Tots Swim School. One thing to know about me is that I have been accepted into SDSU's Nursing Program. I am passionate about caregiving, and I bring that same care, attentiveness, and commitment to safety into every childcare role I take on. +I'm CPR/AED & first aid certified.
