Hello! I'm Olivia Mcnulla, and I'm 23 years old. I love reading, art, playing outside, and watching movies. My qualifications include my drivers license with a clean record, a CPR and first aid certificate, and I can supervise swimming. I have four years of paid experience, but I have worked with kids since I was 12 in church groups. I currently have my AA in psychology, BA in human development and early childhood education, and working on my masters in multiple subject teaching. Not a fit for our family. I now realize I didn't set expectations upfront, and probably should have done more to find out about style fit, but was excited by the fact that she was studying childhood development has had extensive experience with youth/babysitting. Unfortunately, I was but disappointed to hear she was completely disengaged with my children and let them watch TV almost the entire time we were gone (which is only a special treat for us and realize this is okay with some families!) No engagement, play, talk other than mindless TV watching. Also, no book, no bedtime stories, just told them to go upstairs and go to bed. Very disappointed.
