Hi! My name is Olivia, I have about 2 years experience professionally working with children with special needs. I used to work at a special Ed summer school, assisting a non-verbal 12-year-old with Autism. I was his 1:1 and helped him with everything throughout the day and developed such a special bond with him. I also worked at a preschool for autistic children, many of which also had visual and hearing impairments. I was a classroom aid and got to bond with many of the kids and help with all sorts of activities and tasks like feeding and going to the bathroom. I also have some non-professional experience with kids and adults with down syndrome. I truly love working with kids with special needs, they have a special place in my heart!! I will be moving to CO late September and will be available mid-October!
