About Olivia

I'm a certified nursing assistant who began working in healthcare in July. I'm passionate about providing compassionate, patient-centered care and making sure each person I work with feels comfortable, respected, and heard. In addition to my clinical skills, I pride myself on being very personable. I love building genuine connections and taking the time to talk with patients, especially those who may not have many people around them. My experience as a phlebotomist has helped me develop strong communication skills and a deep sense of empathy. I strive to not only meet physical care needs, but also provide emotional support and companionship.
