About Olivia

I first started working with the elderly in 2009 when I volunteered at a retirement community apartment complex and retirement home. I was doing 1-3 lady's nails, listening to their stories and looking at family photos once a month, but soon it became every other week and 10 ladies with a wait list in case there was a cancellation. Then the owner/operator of the site called me into her office and handed me four family names and their phone numbers and explained that their elderly relatives had mentioned how much they enjoyed their time with me that they wanted to hire me to do one on one time with their mothers. I have experience with clients who have sight issues, trouble with their appetites and dementia. I like to clean and organize, I'd be thrilled to read to clients, I am happy to do laundry and I LOVE to cook and bake. I can make everything from vegan soups to homemade apple pie. And, as always, I enjoy listening to the amazing history and stories from another generation.
