We have had a wonderful experience with our nanny and would highly recommend her. She is an excellent communicator and always kept us informed about how the day was going, which gave us great peace of mind. One of the things we appreciated most was her flexibility. My husband and I are both in residency with very unpredictable and demanding schedules, and she was incredibly accommodating with timing changes. She was always willing to come in very early in the morning or stay late into the evening when our schedules required it, which was tremendously helpful for our family. She also took a very thoughtful approach to caring for our daughter. She actively supported the developmental skills we were working on and made an effort to reinforce those during the day. It was clear that she genuinely cared about our child’s growth and progress. Overall, she has been dependable, supportive, and a joy to work with. We are very grateful for the care she provided to our family.
