About Olivia

Hi! I'm Olivia - or Ollie, if that feels more natural. I was born and raised on Maui, and my family is still here too. I care deeply about this place and the people in it, and I bring that same grounded, local energy into the homes I work in. I'm CPR certified, experienced, and especially comfortable caring for babies and neurodivergent kids. I show up with patience, presence, and real respect for each child's pace and personality. I'm not someone who just keeps kids "busy" , I love engaging with their world, whether it's imaginative play, outdoor time, art projects, or simply being a steady, calm presence. I've worked in both fast-paced and independent jobs, so I'm naturally organized, responsible, and great under pressure. I adapt easily to each household's rhythm, communicate clearly, and take initiative whether that's tidying up, helping with routines, or jumping in wherever I can be helpful. I'm also comfortable around pets and happy to assist with light tasks if needed.
