About Olivia

For a year and a half, I worked as a caregiver helping elderly people with a variety of daily tasks. I assisted with personal care such as bathing and dressing, prepared and fed meals, reminded and helped with medications, and supported their mobility and exercise routines. Beyond the physical help, I provided companionship and emotional support, which I believe is just as important. Working closely with elderly individuals taught me patience, empathy, and the value of small moments of connection. While the work was sometimes challenging, it was deeply rewarding to make a positive difference in their daily lives and to build trusting relationships.
