Olivia did a SUPERB job at managing kids ages 6,4 and 18 months. She is kind, patient, played a lot with my kids and was great at communicating when needed. We hired her for over a month, M-F and my kids adore her. She has crafted with them, read to them, taken them to the park, drove them to fun outings, baked with them, and kept them safe in all circumstances.
