This is a difficult review to write because we really liked Olivia. We hired her as a permanent, part time nanny after meeting with her and seeing how she interacted with our child. She was easygoing and sweet and our son enjoyed spending time with her. After the first day, she called out sick, then again the next day. Then two days later, before she was scheduled to work in the morning, she send a text with her resignation. She gave multiple personal reasons why she could not return but no explanation as to why she called out sick initially instead of resigning immediately. We wish her well but cannot recommend her due to her unreliability/lack of follow through in the position she was hired for.
