About Olivia

Hi families! My name is Olivia, and I'm passionate about supporting children's growth and helping them thrive. I currently work at the Kennedy Krieger Institute in early intervention, where I support young children with autism and their families through play-based learning, communication strategies, and developmental skill-building. I love creating engaging, nurturing environments tailored to each child's needs. Alongside my professional work, I have years of experience coaching youth field hockey, which has strengthened my skills in patience, teamwork, and making learning fun. I'm also a proud graduate of the University of Pennsylvania, where I studied child development and psychology, giving me a strong foundation for understanding how children learn and grow. Whether I'm helping with daily routines, encouraging social and emotional skills, or just making sure kids feel safe and happy, I bring warmth, energy, and care to every interaction.
