I adapt my approach by incorporating visual aids, hands-on activities, discussions, and practice problems. I keep students motivated by celebrating small victories and encouraging curiosity through interactive discussions. Open communication is essential; I provide regular updates to keep parents informed and to reinforce learning at home. Witnessing a student's "aha!" moment and the growth of their confidence is the most rewarding aspect of my work. I also hold current certifications in CPR training and First Aid.
