About Olivia

Hi families :-) My name is Olivia! I've been around childcare since I was about 9 years old, when my older sister and I would help watch children at weddings and for families in our neighborhood. As I got older, I started babysitting on my own and fell in love with the relationships I've built along the way. I've worked with children of all different ages, especially infants and toddlers. I love spending time outdoors, getting creative, and letting kids be kids! I'm a big believer in independent play and giving children the space to explore, use their imaginations, and figure things out on their own rather than directing every little thing. Of course, I'm always there when they need a little extra help or encouragement. I really value open communication and getting to know each family's routines and parenting style.
