We were incredibly fortunate to have Olivia as our nanny for over two years. She cared for our son, who was diagnosed with autism early on during her time with us, with exceptional patience, understanding, and kindness. From the beginning, she formed a strong bond with him and quickly became a trusted and calming presence in his life. She was always attentive to his needs, respectful of his routines, and worked closely with us to support his therapy goals. Whether it was helping him regulate emotions, encouraging communication, or simply being a steady, loving presence, she consistently went above and beyond. She has a natural gift with children, and her ability to connect, especially with kids who have unique needs, is truly rare. Our son made incredible progress during the time she was with us, and we credit so much of that to her care and commitment. Any family would be lucky to have her. We can’t recommend her highly enough.
