About Olivia

I have been working in childcare since 2019, gaining hands-on experience in a before and after school program setting. In this role, I've been responsible for creating a safe, supportive environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive outside of regular school hours. My responsibilities have included monitoring student behavior, assisting with homework, engaging children in age-appropriate activities, and providing consistent care and supervision. I prioritize open communication between families and the program to ensure each child's needs are met and that caregivers are informed and involved. My work reflects a strong commitment to fostering a positive and nurturing environment for every child in my care!
