About Olivia

I've always been impassioned by fostering children's growth and development, so I became a Registered Behavioral Tech and CNA to positively impact their lives and support families. I believe that my patience, creativity, and friendliness, combined with my First Aid and CPR training, make me a well-rounded caregiver. I have worked with children with special needs for a year. I communicate openly and honestly with parents, using their preferred method, whether that's verbal communication at pickup, regular text updates, or phone calls. I'm also comfortable enforcing household rules to ensure a safe and structured environment for the children in my care. With one year of experience, I'm comfortable caring for up to four children of various ages. I have some college education working towards my nursing degree and coursework in early child development. I love playing outdoor sports, board games, puzzles, and technology-based games with children.
