About Olivia

Hi! My name is Reaves, and I recently graduated from Brigham Young University with a degree in Human Development. I have several years of experience working with children in a variety of settings, including nannying for a number of years, working as an Instructional Assistant in an elementary school, a Registered Behavior Technician working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, and a volunteer at Primary Children's Hospital. Through these experiences, I have developed strong skills in building positive relationships with children, supporting their social-emotional growth, and creating safe, engaging environments where they can learn and thrive. I am CPR certified, dependable, patient, and genuinely love working with kids. Whether helping with homework, planning fun activities, or providing a caring and supportive presence, I strive to help every child feel valued, confident, and encouraged.
