Olivia is simply the sweetest person I’ve had the pleasure to meet. She was excellent. Very warm and set our hearts at ease the minute she walked in the door. She was very entertaining to our little ones, and had them all in bed before we got home. The way she is able to balance her professionalism and exciting personality is amazing.
